Jesus is the Bread of Life
As we will be returning to taking communion this week, the children will be thinking about why Jesus calls himself the ‘Bread of Life’.
To help you learn about this story:

Hear the talk – Watch the 11.15 service online to hear Hannah talk about why Jesus calls himself the bread of life (the children’s talk will be after the sermon before communion)
Explore what it means – There is a Bread of Life Worksheet for older ones and a spot the difference for younger ones
Do the Craft – Make a fridge magnet to remind you that anyone who comes to Jesus will never go hungry
You will need:
- Bread of life cross craft printed out
- pens/ stickers
- glue
- scissors
- I made my cross with foam and aluminium tape but you could use cardboard covered in foil
