Talks at St. John’s

Richard Godden - January 13, 2019

Living In Christ

Philippians 1 12-26 Sermon Notes. 1) What did Paul see as his purpose in life? What is your purpose in life and how do you know this? 2) What was Paul’s reaction to having this purpose (e.g. was he happy)? What is your reaction? Is this based on a true view of God’s love? Do you believe that fulfilling your purpose is good for you? 3) How did Paul react to his troubles? What was it that resulted in Paul reacting in this way? How do you react to troubles in your life? What can you learn from Paul?
