About the Electoral Roll

The Electoral Roll is the closest thing that the Church Of England has to a membership list and it is your access to the decision – making processes of the Church of England.

If you consider yourself to be a member of St John’s (and are baptised and over 16) then we encourage you to be on the Electoral Roll as it signifies that you feel you belong to St John’s and enables you to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting and/or to stand for election to the PCC. You do not have to live in the Parish to be on the Roll.

To join the Electoral Roll you need to fill in a form which can be downloaded below..

Forms are available here and can be printed for return to church or sent to or if you prefer you can get a paper version from the Sidespeople, Wardens or the office.
