St. John’s has a number of groups which reach out and work with other people in the local area.
Boys’ Brigade
Boys’ Brigade meets every Thursday for fun activities, games and some Christian teaching.
Footprints
Footprints is a parents and toddlers group which meets every Monday.
Internationals Group
Are you from overseas? If so, St John’s and the Internationals Group want to welcome you to the area.
Pam’s Pantry
Pam’s Pantry is a 3 course lunch prepared on the first Tuesday of every month for the elderly to enjoy.

All are welcome to join a team from St John’s at the pubs monthly quiz night. This is usually held the first Wednesday of every month.
Next quiz is on Wednesday the 4th August @ 8.30pm for a 9pm start. Contact Andrew via the church office for more details.
We also hold our Men’s Breakfast here and last year we ran ‘Beer and Carols’ in December and ‘Beer and Hymns’ just before Easter this year.
